By accessing or using GZOO Radio ("the Platform"), operated by GZOO Media LLC, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Platform.
GZOO Radio is a music streaming and distribution platform that allows artists to upload, share, and sell music, beats, and related content. Listeners can stream music, create playlists, and purchase beats and other digital content.
To access certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.
Artists retain all ownership rights to the content they upload. By uploading content to GZOO Radio, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, distribute, stream, and display your content on the Platform.
You represent that you have all necessary rights and permissions to upload and distribute your content. You may not upload content that infringes on the intellectual property rights of others.
Beats purchased on the Platform are subject to the specific license terms selected at the time of purchase (Basic, Premium, or Exclusive). Each license grants different usage rights as described on the beat's listing page. Buyers must adhere to the terms of their purchased license.
GZOO Radio processes payments through Stripe. Artists receive revenue from beat sales and other transactions, subject to the Platform's commission structure. Payment processing fees may apply. Revenue payouts are subject to minimum thresholds and processing timelines as outlined in your artist dashboard.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these terms. You may delete your account at any time through your account settings. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately.
The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, GZOO Media LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or a notice on the Platform. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
